Ecosystem of Websites for all customerS journey

When taking over the account in 2017 we found several legacy systems and channels that didn't speak to each other, from a journey perspective and visually. We developed a general plan for the platforms that included a unified design system, more immersive and standardized experiences, and monitoring channels for evolution in lead generation.
In 2018, we also prepared a 2-year plan that aimed to digitally transform the ecosystem and implement initiatives to explore data through digital, extrapolating to real-world experiences.

STUDY, RESEARCH AND VALUE

During the time we service the account, we sought to understand the various regional markets, interview consumers, dealers, lead engagement initiatives (such as the Blog, the Racing portal, Harmony in traffic - we even visited the Honda Training Center as part of the research) so we could deliver a cohesive, optimized ecosystem to generate value for each segment and leads for the brand.
